Humana 2

Humana 2 is a follow‐up formula made with a whey protein: the casein proportion is 60 : 40. It is suitable as a diet (also as a supplement to breast milk) after 6 months within the framework of a balanced diet. Like breast milk , the formula contains fatty acids, prebiotics and nucleotides.

Omega‐3 (docosahexaenoic acid/DHA) and Omega‐6 (linolen) fatty acids promote the proper development of the brain and eyesight and have a positive effect on the development of a child's comprehensive abilities and psychomotor functions.

Prebiotics (galcto‐ologosaccharide) support the development of healthy intestinal micro‐flora, which contributes to the natural protection of a child's organism. It promotes good digestion and the formation of soft stool.

Nucleotides strengthen the organism's natural immune defences that make the body resistant to infections.

Preparation

14 g powder + 90 ml water = 100 ml ready‐to‐drink food. Dissolve the powder in freshly boiled water that has been
cooled to 50°C (or Humana Baby Water that has been heated to 50°C).

Drinking amount chart

The average drinking amount after the 6th month is ca. 200 ml per meal. An infant 6 months and up has 2‐3 drinking meals
per day. However, the drinking amounts listed are approximate values only and can vary depending on the individual.
